12 months

How can my sweet baby be 12 months old? He has turned into a little boy overnight!!
At 12 months, Bennett:
-is WALKING!! He took his first steps on October 19, and proceeded to slam his head into the hearth of the fireplace. I had a huge panic attack, but all was well. He didn't need stitches, just some steri-strips.
-is still a picky little eater. He loves to eat bananans ( whole and not cut up), grapes ( with the skin peeled off), cheese, any crackers, turkey lunch meat, breakfast bars, watermelon.... and thats about it! I try to cook him things, only resulting in me throwing it out :(
-loves to look at books. He is so smart and rotates the book around until it is facing the right way.
-loves to play with cars! He got some really fun ones for his birthday!
-does not want help doing anything. He wants to climb onto the chair BY HIMSELF, feed himself, walk outside without any help, etc. He is very independent.
- has started to throw full out fits when he doesn't get his way. This looks like him, throwing himself to the ground, flailing his arms, and screaming. Little stinker!
-LOVES Chloe and loves to "pet" her.
-has 5 teeth
-sleeps with his lovie that we call Bo Bear and a paci.
-goes to bed at 7 and wakes up around 6.
-is sooo sweet and loves to snuggle on the couch or in bed in the mornings. I really cherish our time together in the morning with his bottle and cartoons.
-is wearing 12-18 month clothes
