Friday night was really exciting. We put Bennett down for bed, watched and episode of The Office, and went to bed. At 8:00. Exciting, huh?? It's a good thing we went to bed early though because a certain someone was up from 12-2:30 crying in pain from some pesky teeth coming in! Poor buddy!
Saturday morning I got up early and participated in a 5k supporting Pancreatic Cancer Research. One of my good friends from high school, Jessica, lost her father over a year ago to this terrible illness. She and her sister Claire have been such an inspiration with all of the fundraising and planning they've been doing to get more funding for Pan Cancer. They are rock stars!! I didn't get any pics at the race ( mainly because I am vain- I had little sleep the night before and looked like a wreck :)) This is the shirt that they designed for us all to wear. Jessicas fathers name is Hal Hecht, so we were Hals Angels. You can see his face on the pic.
This was the first race I've done that was supporting a cause. It was so heartbreaking to see all of the people there with shirts that had faces of lost loved ones on them. I pray that there will be a cure for all kinds of Cancer VERY SOON!!!!
Saturday night was Ryans company Christmas party. It was at a hotel in The Woodlands and I had high hopes that it would be buffett and delicious! When we sat at our table, there was a menu for what we would be served. Crab cakes, lobster tail, and beef tenderloin. I was pretty excited!! Only, the food tasted like the lobster you would get at an elementary school cafeteria if they served that kind of thing. I was trying to be a good sport, but I'm sure my pregnant/hingry self was pretty obvious. It was gross! Luckily the guy sitting next to Ryan saw my full plate of uneaten food and said that he would be driving through Whataburger on the way home.. Haha! It was fun to get out though and have a night with Ryan.
Today we made a big breakfast, watched some ESPN and chased Bennett around the house. He never sits still!!

Max has been waking up a lot from his teeth, I suppose. Do you normally give Bennet advil or tylenol? Sometimes it helps but sometimes it doesn't! Max has never been a good sleeper, though. Congrats on #2!
